I recently took a business trip to Hungary and back. I visited Budapest, Bratislava, and Vienna, and made a point of visiting a hackerspace in each city before I left.
This photo was taken in a corridor on the way into Vienna's Metalab.
It's been so long since the storage space available on a 3.5 inch floppy disk was relevant that some members of the current generation recognize them only as save icons.
Rather than throw them away, these disks were transformed into kind of tapestry. Many of the disks' labels can still be read, hinting at what purpose they originally served.
